Will I get predictions, timelines or guaranteed results?
No. The purpose is clarity, insight and alignment, not fortune-telling or fixed timelines.
Can you tell me what someone else is thinking or doing?
No. Third-person investigations or spying are not ethical and not offered.
Can I record the session?
Recording is not allowed due to confidentiality and energy-boundaries.
What if I need more time during the session?
You may upgrade and pay the difference if the next slot is available, otherwise book another session.
Will you tell me what decision to make?
No — you will always make your own choices. I help you gain clarity, not dependency.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes. Nothing discussed will ever be shared.
Can I ask questions later privately on WhatsApp?
Post-session chat support is not included. For further clarity, you may book a follow-up session.

How long does it take to prepare and dispatch an order?
Preparation takes 2–7 working days as every item is activated individually.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, available for selected countries. Shipping charges and timelines vary.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link or tracking ID once dispatched.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Share unboxing video + images within 24 hours. Without evidence, replacement may not be possible.
What if courier delays delivery?
Delivery timeline is controlled by the courier, but assistance with tracking will be provided.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Only if the product has not been dispatched.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
No. Each product is prepared specifically for the person who ordered it.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No. Due to intention-based preparation, COD is not available.

What if I don’t feel any change after using the product?

What if I change my mind after receiving the product?
Returns and cancellations are not possible after preparation and activation.
Do you accept product exchanges?
No. Activated energy tools cannot be reassigned.
What if my product breaks later?
A break can symbolise absorbed energy or completion. It cannot be replaced for free. You may book a clarity session to understand symbolism.
