Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed because every item is prepared specially for the person who purchased it.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not available as products are energy-based and individually activated. Once aligned, they cannot be reassigned to another person.

Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for any orders, sessions or services once they are booked.

Lost / Delayed Packages
We will assist with tracking, however courier delays, loss or delivery issues caused by courier agencies are not eligiblefor refund.

Product Breakage After Use
If the product breaks after usage, it is considered part of its energetic lifecycle and does not qualify for refund or replacement.

Shipping Time & Preparation
Each product is individually cleansed, aligned and intention-activated after the order is placed. Preparation may take 2–7 working days, and dispatch will be done immediately after activation is completed.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners. Delivery time depends on your location, courier service and external factors that may vary.

Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking ID via WhatsApp or email.

Address Changes
If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.

International Shipping
International shipping is available for selected locations. Charges, timelines and policies may differ based on destination.

Courier Delays
Once shipped, courier timelines are beyond our control. Assistance with tracking will be provided, but delays cannot be compensated.

Damage During Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please share unboxing video + clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. Without evidence, replacements cannot be processed.
